This is a recording of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight MK2a Rolls-Royce Merlin engined Spitfire P7350. P7350 is the oldest airworthy Spitfire and is the only the only flying Spitfire that flew during the Battle of Britain. P7350 was manufactured at Castle Bromwich and entered service in August 1940 serving with 266 squadron fields at Wittering and Hornchurch.

This aircraft was recorded during May 2008 at The Shuttleworth Collection, Old Warden, Bedfordshire, UK, where it flew a brief display without the rest of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight.
